What can I tell you about this roomy home in the popular Cary Woods neighborhood.... let me see... The interior was updated in 2017 with new appliances, flooring, paint, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, as well as painting the cabinets and installing granite countertops. The surprising thing about this house is the size of the bedrooms. There are a lot of 3/2's in Auburn where the kids bedrooms are smaller than you would like, but this isn't one of them.
