The Basics:

This is one of our two homes in the Ogletree Village neighborhood. The kitchen appliances and countertops were updated in 2017, and the rest of the house and yard were updated about 8-10 years before that. Improvements include a nice 2 level deck, a larger shower than most of the neighborhood, and a double sink vanity in the Master Bath. The floor plan is split, providing privacy for the Master Suite on one end of the house and the 2 smaller bedrooms on the other side of the house, The kitchen are is partially open to the Living Room and has room for a small dining table. There is also separate dining room right next to the front entrance, which could be used for dining or as an office / homework room. If you have carpet allergies, you will be pleased to know there is no carpet in this house. : )
The neighborhood is very quiet and somewhat self-contained, so you will see neighbors of all ages out walking or biking for exercise and or socializing. This neighborhood is great for residents at any phase of life, with schools nearby and also a nice grocery store and other shopping & dining. There is also a very well maintained neighborhood pool for use by the residents.
