The Basics:

This is one of our two homes in the Ogletree Village neighborhood. The kitchen appliances and countertops were updated in 2018, as were the wood floors in the Living Room and carpet in the bedrooms. Also, the back patio was enlarged during that same renovation project. The kitchen has room for a dining table near the window that looks out to the back yard. The master bedroom is large, and contains a walk in closet and separate tub and shower.
The neighborhood is very quiet and somewhat self-contained, so you will see neighbors of all ages walking or biking for exercise and socializing. This neighborhood is great for residents at any phase of life, with schools nearby and also a nice grocery store and other shopping & dining. There is also a very well maintained neighborhood pool for use by the residents.
