High GPA Reward

Undergrad students who can show evidence of a cumulative of 3.5 or higher will receive a discount of $100 off of their security deposit when signing their 2012-2013 lease.

Graduate Student Reward

Tenants enrolled in a Graduate or Professional program at Auburn University or Tuskegee University will receive a discount of $150 off of their security deposit when signing their 2011-2012 lease.

Loyalty Bonus

Current tenants will receive $50 back per bedroom from their deposit when they renew their lease for the 2012-2013 school year.

Referral Bonus

Current & previous tenants will receive $50 when they refer someone who signs a lease.
