Regency Square Condos is the first complex we ever
bought, about 7 years ago. The units at Regency Square are the
largest we offer, at around 1,100 sf. Regency Square is our
only property that is too far to walk to campus, but it is located
right across the street from a Tiger Transit stop, and for the last
few years, we have provided each tenant with a parking pass for
Center Court Apartments, which is one block from Auburn's campus and
Downtown Auburn and a variety of shopping and dining options.

Regency Square is our only 3 bedrooms rental
property, and each bedroom is the same size and has its own private
bathroom. Over time, as tenants have rotated out, we have
taken the opportunity to upgrade the units in terms of flooring and
paint colors, taking them from a average to a very attractive place
to live. Similar in layout to Overlook, there is a separate
laundry room in the kitchen, and the washer and dryer are included.
Each apartment also has a large patio/balcony behind it, giving each
tenant some private outdoor space.
Our last 6 groups of tenants all stayed at Regency
Square until they graduated or lost their roommates and needed
a smaller place. The complex contains 16 units, and we only
own 3 of them at this time. It is by far the best value we
offer considering the price per bedroom or per square foot, and with
the campus/downtown parking included, it has a lot to offer. |
