Overlook Condos is our nicest property, inside and out.  Just a few years ago, we completely renovated this building, and added its most unique feature, a 900 square foot deck on the 3rd floor looking out over the city.  The deck offers the residents a place to sit outside and study, or cook out, or even watch movies sometimes.  The deck also offers quite possibly the best views if the Samford Hall clock tower of anywhere in the City.  Overlook is also just one block from Auburn's Campus, and 2 blocks from Jordan-Hare Stadium.

When we renovated the building, we completely replaced all the flooring with new carpet, hardwoods in the living room, and ceramic tile in the kitchens and baths.  The kitchens and baths also received new cabinets and all new black appliances.  Each unit has a separate laundry room and includes a washer & dryer, as well as some built-in shelves and baskets for extra storage.  Off the back of each unit, there is also a small patio/balcony offering each tenant some private outdoor space.

Like our other locations, Overlook is very quiet.  For the 2011-2012 school year - the second year in a row - the majority of tenants are graduate students, in majors like Pharmacy, Audiology, Business, and Engineering.  We almost NEVER lose a tenant before they graduate or leave for clinicals in a different city.  The complex only contains 12 units, and we only own 10 of them, so there are only a few openings each year.  It is always the first property we start building a waiting list for, so if you are interested, don't wait to long.
