Company Background
1998 Graduated from Auburn University with Bachelor's in Building Science.
1998 - 1999 Charter Construction, Estimator.
1999 Leased out first rental property.
2000 Started Badger Homes, Inc., an Auburn based mobile home business.
2003 Started Badger Properties, LLC, purchased and leased second property.
2004 16 Unit apartment was bought and converted to condos. (Regency Square)
2005 Obtained Alabama Real Estate License.
2006 12 Unit apartment complex was bought, rehabbed, and converted to condos. (Walker's Point) 30 Unit apartment complex was bought.
2007 - 2008 Another 12 unit apartment complex was bought, rehabbed, and converted to condos. (Overlook) Enrolled at Auburn for a Master's in Community Planning.
2009 Opened a storefront on College Street in downtown Auburn. Started to position Badger Properties as a niche rental company, with better properties & better tenants.
2010 Completed a Master's Degree in Community Planning from Auburn.
Future Plans Continue to learn about Economic Development, Urban Design, and Planning. Looking for more multi-family projects in Auburn.
