With 30 units, Center Court Apartments is the largest of our properties.  The units are all arranged around a private courtyard in the middle of the property.  The pictures shown don't quite capture the quiet and relaxing vibe that make the property such a retreat, even though it is only one block from Auburn University and the Downtown Auburn shopping & restaurants. 

Residents of Center Court enjoy the big bedrooms and oversized closets, as well as lots of kitchen cabinets, especially in the 2 bedroom units.  Because of the way the building is laid out, there is more than enough parking for the residents, and guest passes are often issued.  The individual units do not have a washer and dryer, but there is a well lit, secured laundry on site.

Compared to other Apartments near Auburn University, I think you will find Center Court to be one of the quietest places in the neighborhood.  For the 2011-2012 school year, we have lots of Seniors, Masters, and PhD students.  Center Court is not our fanciest property, but people move here from places like Creekside because they need a quiet place to finish school, or just to improve their resumes for Grad school.  If that sounds like what you are looking for, great.  The owner of our company actually lives at Center Court, and if you are serious about school, he'd love to have you as a neighbor!
